DELIVERY
What is the delivery time ?
If we have your garment in stock, we can ship your order in less than 24 hours. If we do not have it, we guarantee to make your garments in less than a week. Do not hesitate to contact us at +337 80 97 72 25 to know our stock real time. The delivery time depends on your place of residence : In UE, we send by Colissimo which delivers from 3 to 6 days ; Out of UE, we send by Delivengo which delivers (…). We offer you the custom fees (...).
How can I track my order ?
When your order is shipped, we send you a link allowing you to track your order.
What are the shipping costs ?
Deliveries are offered from 200€ of purchase. The shipping costs depend on the shipping method : For orders in Europe, out of France, with Colissimo, the shipping costs are 10€ ; For orders out of Europe, with Delivengo, the shopping costs are (...).

OUR STORE
What are the store hours ?
Our store is open on Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm. You can also take an appointment from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 8 pm.
CONFECTION
What is the “confection raisonnée” ?
“Confection raisonnée” means that we produce . When you make an order, we guarantee to make your garments in 1 week maximum.
How many times does it take to make a garment ?
We guarantee to make your garments in 1 week maximum.
How do I know if a garment is in stock ?
If you have an emergency, you can call us so we can put your order in priority on our “carnet de confection”.
Where are the clothes made ?
All our clothes are created and made in our “atelier de confection”, in Paris. Our collections are 100% Made in Paris.
Are the fabrics used eco-responsible ?
Our collections are made with eco-responsibles fabrics. We are using upcycled fabrics and GOTS certified organic cotton.
AFTER SALE SERVICE
Is it possible to altering my garment ?
Yes. After your order, if you want to change something, we can do alterations that you will not have to pay.
How long are my clothes guaranteed ?
Your clothes are guaranteed forever !
Can I return my order ?
Yes, all the returns are offered.
