Standard deliveries are offered by Colissimo from 200€ purchase.  

A tracking number will be communicated to you at the time of shipment. As soon as this number is communicated, la société Marie Jordane assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. In the event of a dispute due to non-receipt of the parcel, please contact the appropriate department of LA POSTE colissimo service.

Pickup in store is also available and free of charge during opening hours: Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 7pm or by appointment: info@mariejordane.com

Europe

A tracking number will be communicated to you at the time of shipment. As soon as this number is communicated, the company Marie Jordane discharges itself of all responsibility for the routing of the parcel. Rest of the world

Delivery rates for DHL shipping are 15€.

A tracking number will be communicated to you at the time of shipment. As soon as this number is communicated, the company Marie Jordane discharges itself of all responsibility for the routing of the parcel. In the event of a dispute due to non-receipt of the parcel, please contact the appropriate department of DHL services.

To proceed with a return you must make your request within 14 days of receiving your order via this page:

If the value of the items you are keeping exceeds 200€, you will receive a full refund for the items you are returning. 

If you are returning your entire order, or if the amount of items you are keeping is less than 200€, you will be charged the 6€ delivery fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

International returns are at your charge
To proceed with a return you must make your request within 14 days of receiving your order on this page:

You can then return your package with your choice of carrier or ask us to arrange it for you. In this case, the cost of your return will be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately if you wish to exchange the article.

Only the value of the products will be reimbursed, not the original shipping fees.

In the event of a refund, Marie Jordane will reimburse you within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of your package in our warehouses. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card used to pay for the order, and will not be exchanged or refunded without receipt of the product.
